Mark E. Nettleton
I thrive on helping local governments in Michigan navigate the complexities and nuances of public finance, municipal law, land use and zoning law, and real estate. Every client project is unique (and sometimes challenging), and I enjoy listening to my client’s needs and goals and preparing and executing a plan to help the client meet these needs and accomplish their goals for the benefit of their community.
Outside of the Firm, I serve on the Board of Directors of the Government Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and am a past chair of that section. I also serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for Arbor Circle, a West Michigan not for profit organization dedicated to improving mental health and wellness for individuals, families, and youth. I also enjoy spending my free-time road and mountain biking, swimming and enjoying Lake Michigan.
