Fredric N. Goldberg
I practice in the area of corporate and business law, with an emphasis in transactional practice, and in the area of college and university law. In addition, I’ve developed substantial expertise in the field of water law and the law of natural resources generally.
My goal is to give clients the assurance that we’ve got their back. They’ve got businesses and universities to run and grow. It’s my job to handle the legal matters, bring big challenges down to size, and collaborate for the best possible outcome.
