One of the most rewarding aspects of practicing law is developing strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate the legal issues that affect their organizations and communities. I enjoy taking complex legal questions, identifying the practical considerations involved, and working closely with clients to develop clear and effective solutions. In my municipal practice, I assist local governments with a variety of matters, and I particularly value the opportunity to understand each client’s objectives and provide advice tailored to its unique needs. Whether addressing a day-to-day issue or a more complex dispute, my goal is to be responsive, practical, and focused on helping clients achieve the best possible outcome.

After practicing law in Chicago for several years, I am excited to return home to West Michigan and reconnect with the community where I grew up. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, especially traveling together and exploring new places. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans.
