Daniel R. Kubiak
For me, the most important thing about being a good attorney is effective communication, being a good listener, and explaining legal concepts in plain English. Asking questions and giving my clients as much time to talk about the problem as they need. Once I really understand the challenge and goals, I can clearly spell out all options.
I enjoy what I do, especially the creative aspect of finding approaches and solutions that will satisfy both sides.
